Zoe Wu

Zhuoqian Wu completed her PhD in Construction and Real Estate at The University of Hong Kong in 2024, where her research focused on digital construction, BIM, and data-driven approaches for the built environment. During this period, she was involved in several digitalisation projects, including developing Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and AI-enabled BIM automation tools for asset management and project delivery.

Prior to joining JGC Engineers in 2025, Zhuoqian worked as a Green Building Engineer, gaining experience in sustainable building design and environmental performance analysis. She has a strong background in Building Services Engineering and specialises in BIM modelling, Revit workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.

At JGC, she is responsible for BIM coordination and for supporting project teams with model development, design coordination, and the delivery of efficient, well-integrated engineering solutions. She is also involved in Revit customisation and automation, including developing tools and scripts to streamline modelling workflows, improve project standardisation, and enhance team productivity.
