Aidan was awarded a Master’s Degree (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath in 2014. He entered the construction industry after completing a self-build development and previously worked at Max Fordham. He has worked on projects in areas such as residential, public services, student accommodation and historic retrofit. He has broad engineering experience, and before moving into building services engineering, he worked across industries such as rail, marine, and renewable energy.

Aidan enjoys the challenge of developing solutions tailored to a project's specific needs and following them through as projects progress from concept to completion.
